Invitation to Bid

The NW Ohio Juvenile Detention Center is accepting bids for HVAC Preventative Maintenance.  The intent of this bid is to enter into a contract for preventive maintenance services of (3) McQuay Air Handlers, (1) McQuay Air Cooled Chiller, (1) Lochinvar Domestic Water Heater and (2) PK Thermific boilers.   HVAC units may be seen by contacting the maintenance department at (419) 428-2322 ext 245.

 

Work to be performed includes four (4) inspections per year consisting of:

• Checking the air handlers
• Inspecting the blowers, coils, dampers, belts (replacing, if needed), bearings, condensate drain pan
• Check the chiller for proper operation
• Clean the air cooled condenser
• Check the refrigeration curciuts for proper operation
• Check boilers for proper operation and clean, as needed
• Any additional work that is needed
